There are many ways to help Israel in its time of need, but very few ways to help with your hands.

BALTIMORE COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER MISSION TO ISRAEL --INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Wednesday, August 20 at 7:30 pm
Beth Tfiloh Epstein Chapel 3300 Old Court Road / Baltimore, MD 21208
Use West Entrance

A group of local congregations and organizations has joined together to support a Baltimore Community Volunteer Mission to Israel from November 2-13, 2014, with both one and two-week options. Volunteers for Israel, the exclusive representative of Sar-El in the US, places citizens of any age (17+) on IDF logistics bases to perform civilian work such as packing medical supplies, repairing machinery and equipment, building fortifications, and cleaning, painting and maintaining the base. Volunteers work alongside Israeli soldiers, live in barracks on base, wear IDF work uniforms and enjoy three kosher meals a day. You will see a side of Israel not open to tourists and the knowledge that you came and helped Israel with your hands. Sponsored in memory of Dr. Steven Steinberg.
